ESS ACCOUNT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Certification Certificate Holders that are no longer employed by a Local Education Agency (LEA) (Laurens County Schools) are responsible for submitting requests for recertification directly to GaPSC.
Retired Educators Retirees from Laurens County Schools within the 5-year validity period of their certificate, may request completion of a GaPSC Professional Learning Verification form. Email belindastanley@lcboe.net for assistance.

Renewals are submitted to PSC by the HR Coordinator in January of the year the certificate will expire. The employee must complete the Personal Affirmation Questions (PAQ’s) and complete a Criminal Background Check Consent form to be included in the Batch Renewal Upload.
