I am a wife and mother of 3 children ages 16, 13, and 9. I earned my Bachelor (2002), Masters (2005), and Education Specialist (2007) degrees from Georgia Southern University. This year will make my 19th year teaching math. I started my teaching career in Washington County teaching at WACO. My second year, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to transfer to East Laurens High. In 2005, I transferred to my alma mater, West Laurens High School. I have enjoyed teaching a variety of math courses at WLHS as well as being the advisor to the yearbook for 12 years. .
