West Laurens High School Student Selected as Finalist for Governors Honors Program

Governors Honors Program is held in mid-summer as a residential educational experience on a college or university campus. Students attend classes in the mornings and afternoons in specific areas of study, and they participate in a wide variety of social and instructional opportunities every evening. Over 3, 200 students were nominated to the state level and of those 1,300 were chosen to participate at the next level. Vishal was chosen as one of the 1,300 students from around the state to represent Laurens County.
