How will you pay for college?
Any student seeking higher education, no matter their family's income, needs to fill out a FAFSA - a Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA helps determine eligibility for student loans, grants, scholarships, and work study.
Throughout the year, we will hold FAFSA Nights so you can get help filling out your forms. Our next FAFSA Night is November 10, 2021. If you need assistance before our next FAFSA Night, please email the ELHS Georgia Student Finance representative Carol Lott at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DUAL ENROLLMENT is closed for Fall 2021
Dual Enrollment allows high school students to attend college during the school day and earn credits that count for both high school and college. It's an amazing opportunity for students who are highly motivated and want to get ahead.
Dual Enrollment has closed for fall, but there is an opportunity for Spring 2022. Please see Mrs. Tokar.
We will also be enrolling for the 2022-2023 school year. Please listen for an announcement for sign-up. It will be announced on the morning news at school, on our Facebook page, and on this page.
The mission of the East Laurens High School Counseling Department is to provide comprehensive college, career, and social/personal counseling services in a positive and supportive environment. We have designed our programs to help all students develop and strengthen their academic, career, and social/personal abilities in order to become responsible and productive members of society.
